We have developed a proven three-phase approach…

Phase 1:

Research & Creating the Tools – A thorough and honest audit is conducted for all new clients to uncover the company’s strengths and weaknesses in regards to operations, finances, current & future teams, sales and marketing. Emotive knows that any recommended marketing strategy is only as good as the company’s ability to deliver a consistent product to its customers. As such, it is imperative that concerns are addressed before any marketing strategy is implemented. Emotive has the passion and energy to get in the trenches with the client and assist with far more than a marketing plan. Jaime and her team are very experienced in the natural CPG industry and can help with business plans, growth strategies, financial models, fundraising and investor deck preparation and evaluating teams (skillsets, culture and leadership). A robust marketing plan is developed at this stage as well, and all efforts in phase one are geared towards being ready to successfully implement it in phase two. 

Phase 2:

Execution – Great ideas can become great products, but a company will not sustain in the crowded natural CPG space without a loyal customer base. Emotive knows that natural CPG brands must develop an authentic bond with a large number of consumers in order to scale, so all marketing efforts are centered on this goal. Our team is equipped to execute focused and creative marketing strategies to accomplish this including: tradeshows, field marketing, experiential marketing, marketing funnels and various design and copywriting needs (websites, social media, etc.). In addition, Emotive will ensure that the proper team is in place to support the growth. We can assist with recruiting, hiring and training as needed.

Phase 3:

Ongoing Support – Once Emotive has successfully helped the brand scale, we shift to a support role. This could be in the form of Jaime acting as a CMO or COO and/or helping to hire the like. Ultimately, she will become an advisor. Since CPG brands must always be innovating to stay relevant, marketing and strategic plans surrounding new product development would likely happen at this phase.
